Thank you Jennie. Recently it took me an hour to get a wrong answer! I admit doing questions is more imposing on me than ever, so the offer to help is really appreciated. Not only Ballast, but I've got Simplified Engineering for Architects and a few other books I can draw questions from. If I get over my small failings and quickly move on, I should be able to seek out some help. Thank you!

I saw that you referenced the Structures Study Forum I started. People are definitely under-using the forum. I started it thinking people would have questions that I (or others in the forum) could help answer. So far, no real discussions have been started.

I also post questions posed by my students on my website with my own solutions, which are more indepth than those provided by the study materials. My students have found that the solutions for the common study books haven't been entirely updated and edited properly, sending them into a tizzy when they are trying to figure out what they did wrong.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I'd be happy to answer and you will be helping me to build up my solutions catalog.

Just checked and it is still unavailable. Tuesday's a few days off. Maybe it'll be available before Memorial weekend is through. Thanks for the luck. Good luck on site planning. Remember it is a section, not an elevation. :)

I don't have any idea of when the AREforum will be back online. I also don't know specifically why it is down, beyond the error message. The other AREforum Alternatives may or may not have the same posting options as the AREforum. That I'm not sure about. But what they are missing is the large number of viewers and subscribers that participate on the AREforum. That makes all the difference.
