'Breakdowns' are ok. Let's formally recognize it. Ok, good. Now, lets take a small step forward again and think about what we'd LIKE to do.
What are you THINKING would be a good place to get going again?

Once you jot that little plan down on a piece of paper then definitely, take an unashamed - no holds barred - total, and complete break. Hail it as a vacation, and enjoy it as one. Of course, you already know the purpose of this. Just reset, don't be so hard on yourself!

Let's reiterate WHAT YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED, not what you have yet to achieve.

5, FIVE !! FIVE exams DOWN, DONE, OVER, GONE, PASSED!!!! AAAAAMMMZZZIINNNGG!

Take a few days to think about that ;) Just spend a few minutes reminding yourself how you managed that. Appreciate the fact that you had all that effort, energy, drive, intelligence, and courage to make it happen.

We move so fast, we're always thinking about what's ahead of us. You WILL do this, it's already on the way.

Thanks, because from outside there are some that think why or how would somebody fail this test? For the most part, I would agree. This thing does seem pretty easy, (or if not easy, then learnable/managable). But what can I say. It's had me three times! It's good to know I'm not alone in trying to discover the mystery in what is considered wrong on this test and more specifically what was considered wrong in my solution.

hey architect54 - to help stay motivated, visit my self-quiz blog: http://are-review.blogspot.com

select Q's by exam or by specific Topics (which can overlap several exam divisions). I also started a Resource Tip series, which collects my posts that include links to additional resources and many free references.

a lot of posts have illustrations, which I think adds some fun to the task!

I have taken this test FOUR times, alternately passing each part and failing the other. You will never know what your error was. I have even contacted my State representative on the licensing board. Nothing.

The provided practice test doesn't tell you if you're practicing failing results so I question its worth other than knowing the CAD tool bar.

Passing this test (my last hurdle) has become so frustrating that I now believe that surviving the process of passing IS the test. Not how wide corridors need to be.
